Richard Brown Coaching – Terms of Service, Effective Date: August 2026

1. Mobile Messaging Program

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Richard Brown Coaching, you agree to receive automated transactional appointment reminders and account alerts. Opt in by completing our Online Consent Form.
 

2. Opt-Out & Support

• Cancellation: 
  You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to opt out. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.        

• Help: 
  If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to richard@RichardBrownCoaching.com.
   

3. Rates & Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
