Asking good questions:

Fit is the important criterion in Non-Directive Coaching. Good questions are:

"Is there stimulating chemistry; does this partnership provoke and challenge my thinking?"

"Do I come away from the conversation feeling clear, connected with a better version of myself, and with an increased ability to act?"

"Does this partnership advance my personal mastery?"

"Does this partnership accelerate me getting the results I seek?"

What to expect:

In an exploratory call, my first focus is on helping clients be clear about what kind of support will best serve them.

My second focus is "How is our fit? How do we both feel about our partnership?".

We dive into coaching, to test drive our partnership, as the best way to get clear about this. I’m only interested in working where we have a mutual 'Heck Yes!' feeling about our partnership.

If we’re not a fit, I can often make informed recommendations to other coaches, consultants, and professionals.

Advocacy for coaching:

I'm wholehearted about being an ambassador for coaching.

Offering exploratory conversations is one of the ways I honor this value. These conversations always raise the tide of coaching in our world, clients always come away clearer about what’s right for them, and more.
